Why GCs hire us
What you actually get
We finish to the level, not to a guess
Tell us the level called for in the spec and that’s what gets built. If the drawings and the site conditions disagree, you hear about it before we start, not on the walk-through.
Crew size scales to your dates
Small punch crew or a full taping gang — we size the crew to the milestone you’re trying to hit and tell you honestly if the date isn’t achievable.
We come back and close the list
Punch work is part of the job, not a change order. We walk the deficiency list with your super and clear it before the painter mobilises.
Sanding dust doesn’t become your problem
Poly, dust control on sanders and a clean-down at the end of each shift. The next trade walks into a workable space.
